These terms apply to siteguardsystems.com.au and siteguardforms.com.au (the "Sites"), operated by SiteGuard Systems (ABN 36 765 797 871, a business name of Daniel Silver). By using the Sites you agree to them. Buying from SiteGuard FORMS is covered by the Terms of Sale, and the FORMS app by its own Terms of Use.

1. Information on the Sites

Information on the Sites is general. It is not legal, safety or professional advice for your situation. See the Website Disclaimer.

2. Copyright and trade marks

The content of the Sites, including text, images, sample documents and the SiteGuard name and shield, belongs to SiteGuard or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, republish or sell content from the Sites without our written permission.

3. Enquiries

When you send an enquiry through a Site, you agree that we may contact you about it. We handle the information under our Privacy Policy. We don't add you to marketing lists without your consent.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Sites, including by trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing harmful code, scraping content, or sending spam through the enquiry forms.

5. Links

The Sites may link to other websites, such as regulators and standards bodies. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for loss arising from use of the Sites or reliance on their content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by publishing a new version on the Sites. They are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
